Ladies Extravaganza

Well I know that I have said that I was busy organising stuff for last Saturday night. Well our local daycare centre had a Ladies Extravaganza evening. I guess you could say that it was like a craft fair. There was lots of stalls with items to buy, such as shoes, bags, dresses, fascinators, Stampin' Up!® products (that was me), jewellery, albums and much much more.

This is a photo of my stall all set up. Before the riff raff came in! LOL!



I made these gorgeous desktop blotters to sell on the night! They were quite popular. To be honest they are so easy to make.

I have made a tutorial up which I have been trying to put up on my blog but it's giving me the willies, so if you want to know how to make one of these desktop blotters please email me.


I am not going to include the ingredients as it is all in my tutorial.

This will be my last post before going away to convention. I am super excited! And wish that I could take you all with me! Now don't forget to check in as I will have more posts coming up while I am away.

Exciting News!

I have been considering how to break this exciting news to you all! Stampin' Up!® is undergoing a colour renovation. This is so very exciting! Of course with any renovation there are always firm favourites that have to go and have a rest. Some of these colours I personally will be very sad to go, but generally I am looking forward to the new colours that are becoming available!

I am so excited as some of my favourite in-colours are staying - yep, staying!!!!



Now I know that you are probably in shock! I was too!!!! But I am pleased to say that we've been given just over four months to get used to this idea. So if there are any colours that are farewelling us this year, you have a couple of months to stock up on ink, refills and cardstock! Although I would recommend that you get in before it runs out!

Anyway I'll leave you to think about this.... and look forward to posting some cards soon.

100th Post - Blog Candy up for grabs

I cannot believe that I have had 100 things to show you, in less than twelve months.

When I joined SU a year ago, I did it to save money. I had spent five months buying off a lovely demonstrator, who encouraged me to join as I alone was able to keep her sales quota up. So I figured, why not? I mean saving 20% on my purchases sounded like a great idea to me. 2009 Spring Mini has landed....
