  1. I am already a follower. I love Christmas for so many reasons. It's all about friends and family. I love getting together with everyone. It's such a joyous time of year. The baking with my daughters and granddaughter is always special. We make so many cookies to share with others. Hunting for the perfect gift to put a smile on someone's face. It's just a wonderful time of year.

  2. I LOVE christmas, as the fam all gets together, the food is just 'delish' and the kids have a ball. So nice to sit back and see the kids enjoying themselves. And I just love that "it's Christmas" feeling!

  6. Just became a follower!!! Yeah for me, now why do I love Christmas??? Memories....Christmas is all about memories for me. Memories of my own childhood, of my parents struggling each day to raise 4 children and yet when Christmas came they always pulled off the best one as of that time. Memories of family gathering in our living room, mom and granny baking as all the children tried to nab warm cookies. Memories of our 9 month old son looking at the Christmas tree while it was decorated and lit with wonder in his eyes. Then two short years later of our daughter laughing as Christmas bows were put in her hair. Now we are making more memories with spouses, and hopefully soon grandchildren.
    Christmas memories are the best.

  8. I LOVE Christmas because of so many reasons. There's the feeling in the air. People seem to be a little nicer during the holidays. I get to see and be with family members. And to be honest here, don't forget the presents!!! We all love getting gifts and many think it's a selfish thing to mention but deep down, we ALL love getting gifts!!! And giving them too! I especially look forward to providing gifts and a meal to a needy family each Christmas and each Christmas it's a different family. It's a wonderful feeling that just can't be described. I would love to be a mouse in the corner on Christmas day at that home!

  10. Hey Sonia. I love Christmas because it is just about the only time of year that as a family separated by distance, we can all get together and share stories of the past year and explore what may be in our future. In essence it is our caught up time and we make the best of what little time we have together.
    Thanks

  17. When my sister, 2 brothers, and I grew up, got married, and had children, we all always spent the night at my parent's house on Christmas Eve so we could all be together on Christmas morning. My parents loved to see all their grandchildren get so excited when they woke up and saw all the presents under the tree. Now, my children are grown and have children. They all come spend the night with me on Christmas Eve so we can all wake up together on Christmas morning. This is why I love Christmas...the love, family, togetherness!
